On July 3rd at 11:11 AM, on the terrace of Agila Culture Centre in Nida, I invite you into a powerful experience where you can feel your true self — without masks or roles.

Together with ceremonial cacao, conscious breathwork, and free movement, this will be a deep meeting with yourself among the treetops.

Duration: ~3 hours

EVENT FLOW:

1) CACAO HONORING RITUAL

We will begin the morning with a cacao honoring ritual — meeting this plant, feeling its energy, setting an intention, and drinking ceremonial cacao with gratitude.

2) MEDITATION AND BREATHWORK PRACTICE

As the cacao begins to work, we will move into meditation and conscious breathing cycles that help release what has been blocked and allow you to connect more deeply with yourself.

3) FREE MOVEMENT AND INTEGRATION

We will close the ceremony with free movement and integration — moving in the way your body asks, without structure or rules.

IMPORTANT:

This is an alcohol- and substance-free event. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be allowed to enter.
